§ 02 — Procedure
The Process

From instruction to registration.

Bank Instruction

We receive bond instructions from the bank once the buyer’s home loan has been approved.

FICA & Documentation

Buyer’s FICA documents are verified, and all bond documents are prepared according to the bank’s requirements.

Signing

The buyer signs the bond documents, either at our offices or via a correspondent attorney.

Guarantee & Lodgement

The bank issues a guarantee for the purchase price. Bond documents are lodged at the Deeds Office simultaneously with the transfer documents.

05

Registration

The bond is registered at the Deeds Office. The bank releases the guaranteed funds to the seller’s conveyancer.
